Lisa Fowler, CPA

Lisa Fowler has over twenty-five years of experience in public accounting with both national and regional firms.

She spent the first half of her career at Ernst & Young and later worked with many closely-held businesses in manufacturing, construction, and real estate development.

Lisa has been involved in the financing of many different types of projects, utilizing diverse funding sources. Her expertise extends to structuring tax deals, including tax equity partnerships. She is often asked to conduct tax legislative research for Congress, help write tax legislation for the state of Rhode Island, and be a guest speaker at professional meetings, addressing a wide range of tax-related topics.

As a member of the AICPA, Lisa serves on various committees for the RISCPA. She is a graduate of Bryant University, where she earned a BS degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting.
