This 28-kW DC behind-the-meter solar project occupies a footprint of approximately 0.13 acres on a working farm. Green operates and maintains the privately-owned solar array.  The owners grow crops under the panels, partnering with Green on the state’s first and only agrivoltaics research project.  The landowners use the electricity produced by the solar installation to heat their greenhouses and power agricultural equipment.
